We strictly use your information to provide terminology-accurate translations and MENA filing support, process transactions, and assign appropriate native Arabic patent specialists to your specific technical domain.
3. Confidentiality & Data Security (NDA Ready)
TransHorizone treats all submitted source materials as highly confidential trade secrets or unfiled intellectual property. Files are only accessible to specialized translators and QA personnel bound by strict NDAs. We utilize encrypted channels for document transfer and secure storage. Client documents are never fed into public machine learning models.
4. Data Retention and Destruction
Source files and translated deliverables are retained only for the duration necessary to complete the project and facilitate revisions. Upon client request, or after 90 days of project completion, all project-specific files are securely purged from our active systems.
5. International Data Transfers
As we serve international IP firms, data may be transferred to our operating hubs in Egypt and Saudi Arabia in compliance with international standards, including GDPR principles.
