1. Scope of Services
TransHorizone provides professional boutique translation services focused on intellectual property, legal, and technical documentation. We provide linguistic translation, not legal counsel. Our translations do not constitute legal advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide legible, complete, and finalized source documents. TransHorizone is not liable for translation inaccuracies stemming from ambiguous, incomplete, or erroneous source text.
3. Confidentiality Guarantee
All materials are handled under strict confidentiality protocols. We agree not to disclose or utilize any information contained in the client’s documents for any purpose other than executing the requested translation services. We are fully prepared to execute client-specific Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs) upon request.
4. Quality Assurance and Revisions
We employ a multi-stage, ISO-aligned quality control process. If a client identifies terminology inconsistencies, we will provide necessary revisions at no additional cost if requested within 14 days of delivery, provided they do not deviate from the original source text.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TransHorizone be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by the client for the specific translation project in dispute.
6. Payment Terms
Quotes are provided based on source word count, technical complexity, and turnaround time. Payment terms are Net 30 days upon invoice receipt unless otherwise stipulated.
